Shipping

We require 5-7 business days to process all orders prior to shipping.  Shipping time varies depending on shipping destination, generally 1-5 days. Processing and Shipping times may be longer during holidays.  We ship from the United States with FedEx and USPS.   All baskets are inspected for damage before shipping. Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, with the exception of Hawaii, Alaska and PR. You must provide a home or business address unless you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or PR. If you would like to have your order expedited please email us at info@plumandsparrow.com

International Shipping is shipped using USPS or FedEx. Plum + Sparrow is not responsible for any additional charges, custom fees or duties once your package has reached your country

Local Pick-Up *** Pleasant Grove, Utah

We offer local pick up every Friday between 10-2mst.  Orders must be placed and paid for online. We are not able to add to orders or make additional transactions at the time of pick-up.  All orders placed through Wednesday will be ready for pick-up Friday. We only Accept Returns and Exchanges of Items Within 14 Days of Receipt.

Discontinued, Sale and Perfectly Imperfect Items are not returnable. Any Opened or Used accessories or fabric products are not returnable.

Plum+Sparrow Does Not Provide Free Shipping on Returns or Exchanges.

 All Returns and Exchanges are processed via Re:Do.

If you would like Free Shipping on your Return or Exchange, you will need to purchase the Re:Do shipping coverage at checkout, which will then allow free and convenient Returns and Exchanges.

Re:Do CANNOT be purchased after checkout.

Damage or Defects

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we do require you to email us at info@plumandsparrow.com within 2 days of delivery including images of damage or defect.

 

Exchanges

If you order an incorrect item and wish to change it, please follow the return policy below. We are unable to ship a different item, without a new order. 

 

Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping if return coverage was not purchased via Re:Do

This cost can be VERY high for large item packages. Cost of shipping large items can at times exceed the cost of the item.

We are not responsible for returns which are lost in the mail. 

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, being unused and sealed. 

Our baskets may become misshapen during transit. We have provided Reshaping instructions and videos on our website to walk you through that process. This is not considered to be a defect or damage and we will not return a product for this reason.

Due to our baskets being made completely by hand, slight variations in the colors and weaving may occur. 

Perfectly Imperfect items come with imperfections as noted on the product page. We will not return or exchange these items. Please read product descriptions before purchase. 

  

We inspect and prepare every item that goes out. Please make sure your order is correct upon delivery.
